About Tim Ouellette
Tim Ouellette is the Founder and Principal of Ouellette Equities, a privately held real estate and investment company with holdings across Texas, Florida, and New York.
Over the past two decades, Tim has led the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of more than 500,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail real estate, primarily throughout the Dallas Fort Worth market. He oversees all aspects of the company’s investment strategy.
Prior to founding Ouellette Equities, Tim built and scaled a national hospitality company in New York City to more than 30 locations across the United States under the trademarked brands Polly Esther’s and Culture Club, experience that shaped his entrepreneurial approach to investing and business building.
Tim is a graduate of the New York University Stern School of Business, where he earned a degree in Banking & Finance and International Business. He lives in Miami with his wife and children.
